CoachCram Pro Subscription
CoachCram offers 30 free practice questions for every exam, plus an optional CoachCram Pro subscription at $5/month that unlocks all exams, all 5 study modes, and unlimited questions. Pro is billed through Clerk Billing (powered by Stripe) and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings to stop all future billing — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with CoachCram Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations: (a) dissatisfaction with exam results — CoachCram is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam; (b) content changes due to exam objective updates by certification providers; or (c) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@coachcram.com with your account email address and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Exam Results Disclaimer
CoachCram is a supplementary study tool. We do not guarantee exam pass rates or specific outcomes. Certification exam content is controlled by the respective certification bodies and may change without notice. We are not responsible for any exam fees, retake fees, or other costs associated with certification attempts, regardless of your performance on our practice quizzes.
